- Terms
- Our terms are net 30 days with credit approval. Customers will be invoiced on the day the order is shipped. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. A 1.5% monthly interest will be added to any past due balance.
- Free Shipping
- Tea Orders over $300 and prepaid with a credit card qualify for free UPS Ground shipping within the 48 states. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii and outside the United States. Free shipping policy is only on Teas and not accessories. A minimum shipping charge of $12.00 will be applied to all orders that are not prepaid with a credit card.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) If you ENTER IN the wrong address for your order, we can contact UPS with the updated or correct address. However, UPS charges us a fee for intercepting these packages. Since it is a high charge, we regret that we must pass along the charge of $10.00 to the customer. To prevent this, please double check your order to make sure that all the information entered is accurate.
- Time in Transit
- Ground delivery times are one to five days, depending on location of your business. Please choose available options on your check out screen if you need the order to be expedited. (Express shipping Charges apply)
- Alaska & Hawaii Shipping
- We gladly ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii. The only caveat is that the shipping cost is higher.
- Returns
- Please report all shortages/errors within 3 days of receipt. If you decide to return some item please call/email prior to sending it back. It is always helpful if you place a note in the box telling us why you are returning the order, and even more helpful, your name, phone number or email, and your original Invoice number.
- Prices
- All prices are FOB our warehouse in Pico Rivera, California. ITI strives to maintain prices at the lowest level. Occasionally prices change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
