    The holiday season has arrived and we here at ITI are ready to celebrate! Today we will be highlighting our four Winter/Christmas tea blends, perfect to enjoy with friends and family. Rich in flavor these blends contain notes of orange, apple, cinnamon, and almond. With these holiday teas ranging from Black, Green, White and Rooibos there is a holiday blend for every tea connoisseur.
Steeping Time: 3 minutes, 212*F
The most wonderful time of the year doesn't have to be reserved for December 25th. Our Noel Christmas Tea blends a delicate black tea with notes of orange peel, apple pieces, almond slices, cinnamon chips, and rose petals.
Steeping Time: 3 - 4 minutes, 175*F - 185*F
An homage to Christmas in the heart of the Orient. Green tea, orange peel, cinnamon, apple, almond pieces and rose petals are blended to create a flavor that is both warming and inviting. 
Steeping Time: 5 - 7 minutes, 212*F
The holiday season is almost upon us, and what better way to prepare for the festive seasons than with a hot mug of our Red Christmas? This delightful blend of cinnamon chips, orange peel, diced apples, almond slices, and red rooibos will warm your body from the inside out. 
Steeping Time: 3 - 5 minutes, 165*F - 170*F
Our White Christmas blend is a perfect way to enjoy the holiday season. White Tea, Cinnamon, Orange Peel, Rose Petals, Almond Slices, and Apple Pieces create a warming blend that will make you feel like you're in the heart of winter.
